Reservation Deposit:
A 50% deposit of the total booking is required to secure a date. The deposit must be received in our office within 10 days of your request in order to confirm the reservation. The charter balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. A confirmation of your reservation with a deposit receipt, balance due, and arrival instructions will be sent to you after receiving the deposit.
Payment Method: We accept checks or cash for all payments. At this time we do not take credit cards.
Cancellations:
Notify us immediately if you have to cancel. If a cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to arrival, Action Adventure Charters will allow a substitution of any available date within the next year. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are not refundable. If the reservation payment policy is not adhered to, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the above policy will apply.
Changes in Reservations: Please notify us as soon as possible if you decide to make any changes to your reservation regarding the number of fishing days or the number of persons fishing. Any reduction in time or the number of people as originally reserved, is considered a cancellation and the above policy will apply. Because of our busy schedule, it is not always possible to add dates or people to your reservation. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.
Our Responsibility:
We will do everything possible to make sure you have a pleasant and productive day of fishing in the Ketchikan area. However, we cannot be held responsible for loss of fishing time due to weather, flight and cruise ship delays, or other conditions beyond our control.
